Hearthe
The hearthe.io landing page and clickable app prototypes used in investor conversations. Eight languages, its own design system, prototypes running in a browser without building an app.
hearthe.ioI ran Method Zero, a studio that built digital products for Nike, Mercedes, Yandex, MTS, VTB and Cian. Now I build websites and services myself, with AI tools and a designer brought in per project. The code stays yours and the invoice is smaller than a studio's.
They differ in design depth and scope. A ten-minute call is usually enough to tell which one is yours.
A landing page, a promo page, an MVP or an internal tool for your team.
For when the idea needs real users rather than another month of discussion. Design builds on your identity or on clean typography, and the copy comes from your materials and gets edited together with you.
A corporate site, an online shop or a service with user accounts.
Design starts from scratch and I bring in a designer I have worked with. What sits behind the pages matters as much: payments, accounts, integrations and an admin panel for content.
Next.js and ordinary hosting. Any developer can pick the project up: no locked editor, no monthly fee for the site simply existing.
Domain, hosting, repository and analytics are registered in your name from day one. I work inside your accounts.
Checked on phone, tablet and large screens. I watch image weight and loading metrics, because search results and leads depend on them.
Metadata, sitemap, structured data and readable URLs. Google, Yandex, ChatGPT and Perplexity all have to read the site correctly.
Metrica or Google Analytics with goals on leads, so a month later you can see which page works and which one merely exists.
At the end I show you how to change text and images yourself. Coming back to me for every comma is not the plan.
You describe the task. I say what is actually needed here and what is not worth building, however tempting it looks.
I write down the pages, features and order of work, and fix the price. From there we both read the same document.
Before the build I show the visual direction, drawn by me or by a designer. Changes are cheap at this stage, so this is where we argue.
I build in parts and publish to a staging address. You watch it grow instead of seeing it on delivery day.
Domain, hosting, analytics and an editing guide. After launch I stay reachable and fix small things.
A studio price carries managers, account leads and team utilisation. Here it is me plus a designer per project, with AI tools covering the routine parts of the code. The difference goes into price and timing rather than quality.

Three examples of different scale: a product landing with prototypes, a multi-page bilingual site, and the portfolio of the studio I ran.

hearthe.ioBuilt the same way: Next.js, Russian and English versions, a knowledge base, a specialist directory with filters, product pages and an app landing in eight languages.
You are on itThe studio I ran: websites and digital services for Nike, Mercedes, VTB, Yandex, MTS, Cian and RSHB. That is where the understanding of large projects and their price comes from.
