Personal Data Processing Policy

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. Website - the Internet page at https://www.antonshakirov.com.

1.2. User - a legally capable natural person who uses the Website; a visitor of the Website.

1.3. Personal data - information relating to a directly or indirectly identifiable natural person, which is processed by the Operator exclusively in the form of technical and metric data collected using web analytics services (for example, IP address, cookies, information about the browser, device, time, and actions on the Website).

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The Policy applies to any information that the Operator may receive from the User while the User uses the Website, and establishes the basic rules for the User's use of the Website. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about Users, including their Personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure. This Policy covers the methods used by the Operator when processing data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. Processing methods: with the use of automation tools and without the use of automation tools.

2.2. Use of the Website means that the User has been informed about the processing of personal data in accordance with this Policy. If the User does not agree with this Policy and the terms of processing of their personal data, the User must stop using the Website.

2.3. The Policy may be amended by the Operator as necessary — to protect the Data, to provide up-to-date information, and to respond to legal and technical changes — unilaterally at any time, without prior notice to the User, by publishing the current version of the Policy on the Website. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Policy and to review its terms. If, within 7 (seven) days from the publication of a new version of the Policy, the User has not notified the Operator in writing that such version is unacceptable to the User, this constitutes the User's consent to the terms of the new version of the Policy. To obtain earlier versions of the Policy, the User has the right to contact the Operator. The current version of the Policy is published by the Operator on the website https://www.antonshakirov.com.

2.4. This Policy applies only to the Website. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may visit via links available on the Website.

2.5. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the body of legal acts in execution of which and in accordance with which the Operator processes personal data.

The legal bases for processing Users' personal data include:

  • federal laws and regulatory legal acts adopted on their basis governing relations connected with the Operator's activities;
  • international treaties of the Russian Federation;
  • Users' consent to the processing of personal data.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

3.1. The Operator may use analytics software to better understand the functionality of the Website. This software may record information such as how often the User uses the Website and events that occur on the Website. The User is informed about the use of these tools from the moment of actual use of the Website.

3.2. The Website may contain third-party tracking tools, as well as other resources of other service providers acting on behalf of the Operator. The provisions of the Policy do not apply to the use of tracking tools by third parties, since the Operator has no access to or control over these third parties.

Listed below are the Internet services (of third parties) that the Operator may use (engage) to provide services to Users through the Website (including, but not limited to):

Yandex Metrica. This is a web analytics tool that helps the Operator obtain visual reports, video recordings of Users' actions (not containing information that allows identifying the User), and track traffic sources. 4. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND PROCEDURE

4.1. By visiting the Website, the User expresses consent to the following:

  • the User provides the Operator with their personal data obtained using the tools referred to in clause 3.2 of the Policy. The User's personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006;
  • the Operator has the right to process the User's personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
  • by providing their personal data to the Operator, the User consents to its processing by the Operator.
  • the User's personal data is transmitted in electronic form over open communication channels of the Internet;
  • the User's personal data may be transferred to third parties for the purposes specified in the Policy;
  • no cross-border data transfer is carried out when processing the User's personal data;
  • the consent is valid until the Operator's purposes are achieved or until such consent is withdrawn by the User (whichever occurs first). The consent may be withdrawn by the User by submitting a written notice to the Operator, sent to the Operator's e-mail address.

The User confirms that they are familiar with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation establishing the procedure for processing personal data, as well as with the rights and obligations in this area.

4.2. The Operator may use Personal data for the following purposes:

  • analysis of Website traffic;
  • ensuring the correct operation of the Website;
  • improving the user experience;
  • identifying technical errors and vulnerabilities;
  • generating depersonalized statistics on the use of the Website.

4.3. The Website uses cookies exclusively for analytical purposes, including with the use of third-party web services specified in clause 3.2 of the Policy. Cookies are not used to identify Users. The User has the right to restrict the use of cookies through browser settings. At the same time, the User is notified and understands that disabling support for cookies used by the Website may affect the use of the Website, including restricting it (partially or completely).

4.4. The Operator does not collect or process special categories of personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, or intimate life of Users.

4.5. The Operator will process Personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected in connection with the User's use of the Website, except where the Operator has a legitimate interest or obligation to retain such Data for a longer period, or where the Data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. In all other cases, upon achievement of the purposes of processing Personal data, the Operator undertakes to cease processing Personal data and to destroy or depersonalize the Personal data within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) business days from the date of achievement of the purpose of processing Personal data or receipt of the User's withdrawal of consent to the processing of Personal data, unless otherwise provided by this Policy or the requirements of applicable law. The confidentiality regime with respect to the Data is lifted in the event of its depersonalization, as well as in other cases provided for by applicable law.

4.6. The Operator may also process other data of Users that the User independently decides to provide when contacting the Operator by telephone call and/or by sending an e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address.

5. USER RIGHTS

5.1. The User has the right to: receive information about the processing of their personal data; demand clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data; demand restriction of the processing of personal data; appeal against the Operator's actions.

5.2. The User has the right to withdraw their consent, on the basis of which the Operator processes Personal data, at any time, in accordance with clause 4.1 of the Policy; however, this does not affect the lawful processing of Data by the Operator based on the User's consent prior to such withdrawal. Upon receipt of a notice from the User withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data, the Website ceases processing the User's personal data within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) business days from receipt. The notice of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data shall be sent to the e-mail address specified in the details of this Policy.

6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION MEASURES

6.1. The Operator takes technical, organizational, and legal measures to protect Users' personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions.

6.2. The Operator has implemented commercially reasonable technical, physical, managerial, and organizational measures designed to protect any information of Users from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, the Operator cannot absolutely guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to use, disclose, or alter Users' personal information for improper purposes.

6.3. If the Operator becomes aware of a compromise of Personal data as a result of a security breach, the Operator will immediately notify those persons whose Data has been compromised.

6.4. Personal data is stored in a form that allows the identification of the personal data subject for no longer than required by the purposes of processing the personal data, unless the retention period for the personal data is established by federal law or by a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

6.5. The processing and storage of Users' personal data is carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation.

6.6. The Operator does not take actions aimed at identifying Users of the Website.
