Top-studio design and development for websites and services

I worked as a senior designer and a senior developer, then ran Method Zero, a studio that built digital products for Nike, Mercedes, MTS, VTB and Cian. Now I build websites and services myself, with AI tools and designers brought in for the specific job. You get original, well-made work several times faster and cheaper than a studio would do the same project.

What I work on

The main project types. If yours looks different, write anyway and we'll talk it through.

Landing or promo site

Explain the product and collect leads.

The fastest thing on this list to build. Design sits on your identity or on clean typography, and the copy comes from your materials and gets edited together with you.

  • Product, audience and market mapped before mockups
  • One to five pages
  • Forms and lead notifications to Telegram or email
  • Analytics and goals from day one
  • Domain, hosting and launch handled by me
Discuss the project

Multi-page website

A corporate site, a brand site, a large product site.

Design starts from scratch and I bring in a designer I have worked with. What sits behind the pages matters as much: sections, forms, integrations and an admin panel for content.

  • Product, audience, market and competitors mapped
  • Design concept and its own component system
  • Sections, forms and integrations that fit your processes
  • Admin panel so content changes need no developer
  • Multilingual versions covering every language you need
Discuss the project

Service MVP

Test the idea on real users instead of on slides.

One working scenario end to end: entry, the main action, payment if the scenario needs it. Everything else waits for the first users, so you don't pay for guesses.

  • Product, scenarios and market mapped
  • One scenario from entry to result
  • Sign-up and a simple user account
  • A one-off payment or a subscription, if the scenario has one
  • Metrics that show whether people actually use it
Discuss the project

Full-scale service

Services, CRM systems, internal tools, platforms with user accounts.

The work runs in waves: the core first, then everything around it. I build in parts and send results as they land.

  • Product, scenarios, roles and logic mapped
  • Roles, permissions and an admin panel for your team
  • Payments, subscriptions, promo codes, documents
  • Integrations with CRM, inventory and delivery services
  • Backups and monitoring after launch

What a project covers

Digging into the product, the customers and the market

Before any mockups we work out what you sell and to whom, what sets you apart from the neighbours on the shelf, and what your buyers actually look at. The page structure and the copy come out of that. If the task has a simpler answer than a website, I'll say so on the call.

Competitors and references

I look at how the same task is solved in your niche and outside it: what works for competitors and what gets in the way of buying. The findings arrive before design, so they make it into the structure.

Everything on your own infrastructure

The domain and the server are bought in your name, and the code repository is yours too. The project runs on ordinary code with no platform in the middle: no monthly fee for the site simply existing, no editor limits, no risk of the plan getting more expensive. Source code and design files go to you on request.

Design drawn for you

Mockups from scratch, or your identity rolled out across the site. No templates and no bought themes: the design comes out sharp and genuinely yours.

Fast development with AI

I use AI heavily while building. The work goes several times faster than at a studio or with a freelancer: from a single day to a few weeks, depending on the scope. Capability and quality stay at the level of classic development.

Responsive and optimized

The project works the same on a phone, a tablet and a large screen. Images, fonts and code are optimized and pages load fast, because both search results and leads depend on it.

Deep SEO work and AI search

Semantics and page structure, metadata, structured data, sitemap, llms.txt and readable URLs. Google, Yandex, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini all read the site the same way.

Analytics and metrics

I set up Yandex Metrica or Google Analytics with goals on leads. A month later you can see which page works and which one merely exists.

An admin panel of your own

You change the content yourself: the project gets an admin panel holding the texts, images, products and pages. You won't need to come back to me for every comma.

Project stages

  1. Brief

Before the work starts we talk the project through: what the business is, what should happen after launch, what materials already exist. I ask my questions, say what is actually needed and what is not worth building, and name the price.

  2. Groundwork and research

I go through what already exists: the product, the audience, competitors, the old site and its numbers. By the end of this step it's clear what the site is made of and what it has to say.

  3. Prototypes and logic

Before design I lay out the page structure and the scenarios: what a person sees, where they click, what happens next. Arguing about logic on a wireframe is cheap, arguing about it on a finished site is not.

  4. Design

First the visual direction, then the screens. I draw them myself or bring in a designer for the job.

  5. Development

I build the project and send results back quickly. The real domain and hosting go live from the start, with no interim address: the site lives where it will stay.

  6. Launch and handover

Domain, hosting, speed, SEO and analytics. I show you how to edit the content, hand over every account and stay reachable after launch.

Why this is the best option

A studio does good work, but it costs a lot and takes months. A freelancer is cheaper, but the quality is usually weaker, deadlines drift, and the person can vanish halfway through. I take the best of both: the price sits closer to freelance rates, the quality stays at studio level, and the timeline is shorter than either.
